How EveryDay Parking handles website enquiries, website usage information and data from the parking properties we manage.
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Everyday Parking LLC (“EveryDay Parking”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information. It covers information collected through everydayparking.com and our property-owner enquiries. Separate sections below explain information used in parking operations at properties we manage. This marketing website does not provide a driver payment portal; parking transactions take place through the applicable property or payment service.
EveryDay Parking is a parking management company. We run parking operations for property owners, including the parking rules, enforcement, payments and reporting.
Assessment requests and enquiries. When you request a Free Parking Revenue Assessment or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, the kind of property you manage and any notes you add. When a form is submitted, our website also records technical details such as your IP address and browser type.
Plate and vehicle data at the lots we manage. Cameras at the lots and garages we manage record vehicles as they enter and exit. A parking record can include the license plate, vehicle images, the property, the date and time, entry or exit activity, the parking rule that applied, permit or payment status, review notes and the final result.
Payment information. When you pay for parking or pay a Parking Charge Notice online, we receive the information needed to match the payment to the correct parking session or notice, such as the plate or notice number, the amount, the payment status and a payment reference.
Website usage. When you browse our website, analytics cookies collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your device and browser type and your approximate location. See “Cookies and analytics” below.
Plate and vehicle data is used to manage parking at the property where it was recorded. Each plate read is kept with the property rule, supporting images, review, payment status and final result, so the parking event can be explained and checked.
Access to parking records is intended for approved users who need the information to manage the property, answer questions, review exceptions or report on parking activity.
A questionable plate read can be reviewed with its images and related parking session before it supports a final notice or other action. A reviewed event can be approved, corrected or closed, and that result stays part of the same parking record.
Payments associated with managed parking operations are processed separately from this marketing website. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card details under its Privacy Policy. Payment status and references can be connected to the applicable parking session or notice for operational reporting and resolution.
We use Google Analytics, deployed through Google Site Kit, and Google Tag Manager to measure website use and manage website tags. Visit information can include page URLs, referral sources, device and browser information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Learn how Google uses information from sites using its services.
Our Bright Automate/Ligna website tools also collect visitor and session information to help us understand enquiries and improve the website. This includes page visits, time on pages, scrolling and interaction counts, form interactions, device and browser characteristics, performance and error information, and session identifiers. Cookies and similar browser storage help associate visits and interactions. If you use website chat or send an enquiry, the information you submit is processed to respond and manage that conversation.
You can manage or delete cookies and site storage in your browser. Some functions, including chat and recognition of a returning session, may be affected. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on; that choice does not disable other website tools. Contact us using the details below with questions about website data.
We keep personal information only as long as needed to manage the lot and process payments, or as required by law. We keep license plate records for six months, then delete them. Assessment requests and enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your request, or as required by law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we limit access to parking records to approved users. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Plate data is stored by our technology partner, Parking Compliance Systems (PCS), on encrypted servers. Only authorized staff can access it, using two-factor login.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Some information may need to be kept, for example a record connected to an open Parking Charge Notice or a payment, or where the law requires it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law.
To make a privacy request, contact us using the details below and describe the information involved. Please do not send card details or identity documents through the assessment form.
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
Our website and Parking Charge Notices may link to websites operated by others, such as payment or technology partners. Their own privacy policies apply to the information they collect.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
